To ensure that our mission meets it's motive,
each student's course of study is carefully
planned and followed. Each term a student
progresses at his own pace unimpeded by others.
Those with outstanding qualities are given
opportunities to shine and not rust unfurnished,
and others lend a helping hand with understanding
to reach their potential. Tempering these
are the joys of sharing, fellowship and fun:
The sense of belonging that begins in the
school and lasts a lifetime. Every possible
effort is made, to recognize the significant
factors of academic pursuit, maturing experience
and enthusiasm to learn.
The school starts from class VI and a student
is prepared for the Senior School Certificate
Examination under 10+2 pattern of the Central
Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. The school
conducts C.B.S.E Examination at class X and
Class XII levels. Examination is accepted
by all Indian Universities as a Qualifying
examination for their three-year Under Graduate
Course.
Terms:
The Academic Year is divided into two terms-
Diwali Term (July to November) and Holi
Term (January to April). These are interspersed
with summer and winter holidays. The school
conducts two formal examinations, once each
term - Half - Yearly in Diwali Term and
Annual in Holi Term. In between the two
examinations, class tests and two to three
unit tests are conducted at regular intervals
for a continuous academic monitoring and
assessment of the student. For promotion
to the next class, performance of the student
in all Unit tests and exams during the academic
year contributes to his final assessment.
Language:
We aim at developing a student's proficiency
in understanding and use both English and
Hindi languages and give them some knowledge
of Sanskrit before they pass out from the
school. We would even like them to study
languages other than these three, though
it can only be on a voluntary basis. From
those who join the school at a later stage,
we expect a certain modicum of understanding
these two languages, corresponding to the
Class to which they seek admission.
School Planner:
School prints its own planner and a wall
calendar. The booklet planner is set for
the whole academic year from July to April.
Students use it as a handbook guide to follow
school schedule for inter house competitions,
unit tests, outgoing Sundays, holidays and
other information regarding school activity.
