School Council comprising of boys and masters (presided over by the Principal), to which boys are elected by "functional" constituencies, is primarily intended to be a training ground, in collective responsibility and in democratic technique. Its jurisdiction covers almost the whole life of the school. Besides the School Council, we also have a Games Committee, a Mess Committee and Library Council, where boys share common seat with their masters and Principal and learn to make responsible and collective decisions.
