There are a total of nine representatives each representing it's House.
Scindia is India. And true to its name, Scindia has helped India in various aspects of world. The way the school has adopted the lower class people, shows how the students have grown in the field of love and brotherhood. It has paved the way for other Indians to follow. One of its step towards the benefit of the 4th class people is the foundation of the Social Service League (SSL).
The SSL is an important part of Scindians growth and tenure. It brings a Scindian close to his own forgotten and down forbidden brothers. To do this, the SSL carries out various activities throughout the year. The Scindia School has employed over 200 workers and provides them their daily need, �roti�, �kapra� and �makaan� along with a steady salary. The SSL also holds a special day for the servants known as �Sausa Day�. Named after the village adopted by Scindia, Sausa. On particular days, the young and energetic Scindians make a trip to the Sausa village and hold various activities in mere. They do community service, open health camps, conduct various competitions and test their skills on social work. After all this, they provide free food to the villagers, thus extending the hand of brotherhood to them.
Sausa is not the only target of Scindia. Every year, members of the SSL visit a backward and undeveloped area in India and start social service caps there. Scindia has contributed a lot in a place of Gujarat after the disastrous earthquake.
They say children are the future of a country and the Scindians have learnt to respect this saying.
The SSL has contributed various funds and scholarships to other Government schools of Gwalior.
It has also adopted another school in its campus specially for the servants. It gives full financial support to the school.
Thereby, we see that Scindians are born Indians. Along with studies and games, they learn the art of love, brotherhood and service towards their countrymen. For this we mark the SSL. Jai Hind!
