The School has twelve boarding houses. These houses are divided into Senior houses and Junior houses. Senior houses nest old VIII classes to XII, while Junior Houses have Classes VI, VII and new VIII.

In order to provide role models and a family atmosphere each house is lead by a member of the teaching staff- the Housemaster who is involved in the day-to-day life of the student as a mentor. Supporting the Housemasters are other members of the staff like matrons, attached tutors, resident tutors followed by two house attendants in each house who live on the campus and are available to counsel and tutor the students as and when the need arises. All the houses have ancestral names after the names of the Scindia family.

The residences of the Housemaster and of one more faculty are attached to the house.

Cafeteria: Monotony of Regular trips to the mess is broken by weekly café. Students can use Cafeteria on Sundays according to their schedule. The café remains open from 10:00 to 4:00’oclock, and is closed for sometime during the lunch. The Cafeteria provides sumptuous snacks which are enough for a weekend refreshment.

Tuck-Shop: Besides stationary brought from home after holidays, a student needs stationary items often enough during the term time, especially during exams. Students can make use of this facility during recess as well as after the lunch from 3:00 to 4:00.

Remediation: For students with slow learning capacity, remedials are a blessing. Now students not only have math remedials but English and Hindi too. The remedials generally take place after lunch or during the prep time if the teacher makes a delay. Clothing Store: Stitching torn clothes, buttonholes, woolens and clothes that need darning can be taken care of here. Students can also indent school uniform items. Clothing store is open during the school hours as well as after the school hours i.e. from 2:30 to 4:30. Scindia School has started a scheme of adidas which the students are loving as it is one of the branded brands.
