“We Are Born With Divine Wealth” proclaims the Jayaji House motto, and indeed this is displayed in our rich culture and an unbroken tradition spanning 113  years. Having taken over the helm of Jayaji House as the Housemaster in July 2008. I am aware following in the foot first female housemaster in the senior school initially there were many challenges but one learns to take rough with the smooth so did, I as I have a balanced view of the children's needs. Often it is as simple knowing the difference between sympathy and empathy as both are important in helping the children develop.
         I am enjoying working with the children and helping them develop into mature young men who will carry forward the schools culture and traditions. They    are our future and I am confident that will not let themselves down. The house has a proud past and I look forward to building on those foundations.Jayaji    House as stood the trial of the time .When everything seems to be changing in the world at a rapid speed what remains constant is the Jayaji culture. I salute    all my predecessor for passing on such a rich legacy.
