The Scindia School, for the second time in a row, organized the Regional (South Asia & Gulf) Round Square Service Project at Thiksey village in Ladakh from 25th June - 10th July 2017. 31 students and 8 adults from 11 schools participated in the service project and trekking expedition. Volunteers arrived from the length and breadth of the country and also from a couple of countries in Europe as well. The schools which participated in this venture were: The Shri Ram School –Aravali, The Lawrence School – Lovedale, Vivek High School – Chandigarh, Mayo College – Ajmer, Pinegrove School – Solan, The Dhirubhai Ambani International School – Mumbai, The Daly College – Indore, Mody School – Lakshmangarh, Landheim Schondorf – Germany, Aiglon College – Switzerland and of course the host school, The Scindia School. Apart from service, the venture also included a very challenging trekking expedition. Mr Tony Hyde, Honorary Member - Round Square was the Project Mentor.
