The Scindia School commemorated Sonsa Day on 30th November 2025, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to the welfare and development of Sonsa village, which the School has proudly adopted as part of its community outreach initiative. The day was marked by a vibrant array of activities, awards, and competitions designed for villagers across all age groups, celebrating the spirit of partnership and mutual growth.
Students, teachers, support staff, and residents of Sonsa came together in an atmosphere filled with energy and warmth. The event featured cultural performances, traditional games, sports competitions, all aimed at fostering community engagement and showcasing the talents of the villagers.
Highlight of the day was the spirited participation of children, women, and elders from the village, who enthusiastically competed in friendly events, creating moments of joy and camaraderie. The occasion beautifully reflected the School’s ethos of giving back to society and nurturing meaningful, long-term relationships beyond the campus.
The celebrations concluded with Principal Mr Ajay Singh presenting prizes to the winners, applauding their efforts, and expressing gratitude for the deep bond shared between The Scindia School and the Sonsa community.
