As part of our Large-Scale Intervention Programme (LSIP), a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was organised on the weekend of 27th July, 2025 with the aim of empowering teachers with future-ready pedagogical and technological competencies.
Led by Mr. Sounak Chakraborty, the FDP delved into innovative teaching strategies, research-driven approaches, regulatory compliance, and effective integration of technology in education. What set this initiative apart was its off-site setting—held at a tranquil resort in Orchha—which offered a rejuvenating backdrop for deep, uninterrupted learning.
Nineteen enthusiastic educators travelled together to the venue, participating in engaging learning modules, experiential activities, and a vibrant talent showcase that encouraged collaboration and bonding. The second day of the workshop intensified with quick assessments and energising moments such as quizzes, sweetened with chocolate prizes.
The programme concluded with a serene riverside walk along the Betwa, led by local expert Mr. Sanjay, who shared fascinating stories of Orchha’s regal past—bringing both history and reflection into the learning journey.
