Bullying Prevention and Empathy Building Workshop

A workshop on Bullying Prevention and Empathy Building was conducted by Ms. Niharika Kulshresth on 10th July 2025 for the Junior Houses in the Assembly Hall. The interactive session saw enthusiastic participation from students, who engaged in discussions and activities designed to create awareness about bullying. Some students openly shared their experiences of being teased or singled out by their peers, which set the tone for meaningful dialogue. The session focused on the difference between bullying and conflict, the importance of standing up for victims, and why bullying must be addressed. Students collectively agreed that everyone has the right to feel safe at school and that no one should be made to feel bad. Emphasis was laid on reporting bullying to responsible adults and the critical role of bystanders in preventing it. Activities and stories highlighted the emotional impact of bullying and helped students appreciate diversity and empathy.
