1. Constructed two classrooms for the younger children of the Lamdon Model School situated in Thiksey in a period of 6 days, working in scorching Sun for 6 hours a day. To complete this task - the members passed bricks to the workers, fetched bamboo (Taalu) from a not-so-near place, mixed mud with water (Ladakhi cement) and occasionally (wherever it was safe) assisted the labourers in construction too. In between, they took a break to visit the famous Pangong Lake.
2. They trekked through the Ladakh mountains on 4th, 5th and 6th and camped for two nights at Rumbak and Yurutse. They started the trek from Zinchen village, went over to Rumbak and eventually reached the Yurutse camp which was more than 4000 meters above the sea level.
3. On 7th and 8th of July, they were driven to the famous Nubra valley; they stayed at the Tirit camp in Nubra for one night. The group visited 2 monasteries in the Nubra Valley and enjoyed camel rides and saw the beautiful Hundur village.
