Town Hall for Faculty Development Programme

A Town Hall was held in the Assembly Hall on 6th August 2025 for the staff of The Scindia School for introducing the Faculty Development Programme (FDP). The session was attended by esteemed Board Members Mr. Harpal Singh and Mr. Rajeev Dubey, and conducted by Mr. Sounak Chakrabarty.
In his address, Mr. Harpal Singh described the FDP as an inspiring initiative fostering lifelong commitment to raising standards, mastering subjects, upholding values, and promoting accountability—ensuring continued growth beyond the campus. Mr. Rajeev Dubey commended the programme as a collaborative and historic endeavour, built on shared responsibility and commitment, where returns are proportional to the effort invested, aiming for long-term impact and limitless possibilities.
Principal Mr. Ajay Singh highlighted the pivotal role of teachers in bringing about profound change, while Mr. Chakrabarty stressed the importance of investing in students’ futures to uphold the school’s reputation as a pre-eminent centre of learning.
The core team—comprising the Principal, Vice Principal, and Bursar—also introduced the three academies under which the FDP will operate: Subject Mastery, Innovation & Learning Design, and Values, Culture & Leadership. This town hall marked a significant step forward in shaping a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning at The Scindia School, and resolve to raise the bar in every endeavor.
